Investor charter
Sample page for the demo. WealthX Capital is a made-up portfolio manager used in the WealthX demo. This page shows what a firm on WealthX publishes; it is not a real firm's disclosure, and none of it is investment advice.
Vision
To manage clients' money honestly, transparently and within the mandate they agreed to, so that investors can trust portfolio management services.
Mission
- Invest each client's money only as their agreement and mandate allow.
- Tell clients clearly what they hold, what it is worth, what it cost and how it performed.
- Keep client money and securities separate from our own, held with the custodian in the client's name.
- Resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
What we do
- Discretionary portfolio management (DPMS) in listed Indian equities: the Flagship Equity and Emerging Leaders strategies, both measured against the BSE 500 TRI.
- Securities are held in demat accounts in each client's name with our custodian (ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank).
- The minimum investment is ₹50 lakh, as SEBI requires.
