Privacy notice
This notice covers this website and its pilot request form. It doesn't cover the WealthX product that a portfolio management firm runs for its own clients: each firm has its own privacy notice for that.
Who runs this site
WealthX is not yet a registered company. Until it is, its founder runs this site and answers for the data it collects. Write to hello@wealthxhq.com with any question about it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot request form:
- your name, work email, firm and, if you give it, your role;
- the assets-under-management band you choose;
- your note, if you write one.
With it we store the time of the request and the country it came from, which Cloudflare works out from your connection. We don't store your IP address.
What we don't do
- No cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party trackers on this site. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your own browser and never sent to us.
- We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Why
To reply to your request and talk with you about a pilot. That's the only use.
Where it's kept
The site runs on Cloudflare. Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the Asia-Pacific region, which only the WealthX team can read. If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam, Cloudflare checks your browser when you send the form, under its Turnstile privacy terms.
How long
While we're in touch with you about a pilot. Ask us and we delete your request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 allows. Write to hello@wealthxhq.com and we'll reply.
The demos
The back office and client portal demos at demo.wealthxhq.com and portal.demo.wealthxhq.com use made-up data and reset every night. Don't enter real information there.
